Operation Compassion Reaches Milestone in Haiti Relief
224 Containers Delivered in Nine Months!

For the past nine months, Operation Compassion has been sending relief goods and supplies to Haiti; everything from tents and sleeping bags to medical supplies and equipment. When the world realized the relief effort was going to be a long term process, Operation Compassion set a goal of delivering 200 containers within the first year following the earthquake. Now, with the help of our donors and international relief partners, Operation Compassion has delivered 224 containers!

Unfortunately for the people of Haiti, the relief effort is going to be an extremely long process of years rather than months. While the people of Haiti are proving to be quite resilient, there are tens of thousands that are living in temporary dwellings or out in the open. With the continuing threat of disease and infection looming large, aid workers have sent out new appeals for additional supplies to help combat them.

Operation Compassion continues to answer the call of sending all the relief goods we possibly can into Haiti. A relief effort of this magnitude cannot succeed without the continued support of all our donors. Continue to help your Haitian neighbors! Give to Operation Compassion’s Haiti Relief effort!
