Semi Tractor Donated To Operation Compassion
5/2/03
A
newly purchased semi tractor is traveling west toward the First
American Distribution Center in Gallup, NM. A few weeks ago, Operation
Compassion purchased a 1995 Freightliner semi tractor for use on
the American Indian Reservations. The sleeper cab that was being
utilized proved heavy and cumbersome for the task on the reservations.
Through a generous donation, Operation Compassion was able to purchase
this day cab, which will better serve the specific needs of traveling
on and off the reservations. Delivering product to and from the
distribution center and water for the Oasis in the Desert program
has become more efficient.
