Indonesia’s Needy to be Helped

Operation Compassion will soon open a distribution center in Indonesia.
Dr. Alex Tanusaputra, pastor of the 80,000–member Church of
God in Subaya, Indonesia, will direct the work. Dr. John D. Nichols,
International Executive Director of Operation Compassion, said that
Pastor Tanusaputra’s church will provide a large warehouse
for storing goods to be distributed. The country is comprised of
numerous islands and Tanusaputra’s church will also supply
a ship to deliver food, clothing and other goods to the needy throughout
the many islands.
