As the morning dawned on the devastation from an outbreak of tornadoes through Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas and Tennessee, Operation Compassion was all ready preparing for a response. By mid morning, a semi trailer loaded with relief supplies was on its way to the disaster site in Jackson, TN.
